Senior Vice
President, Jennifer Schultz Bertolet oversees the company's investment
real estate sales and acquisition activities, and also manages the company's
corporate office headquarters. A licensed real estate broker, Bertolet is specially trained and qualified in all aspects of investment
real estate and property operations. Bertolet's duties include market value
analysis of properties being considered for purchase or sale, contact
development for prospective buyers and sellers, comprehensive property
inspections, the creation and implementation of customized property marketing
campaigns, sale and acquisition negotiations, and the coordination of escrow and
closing details.
Bertolet's
clients benefit from her diverse real estate background, which includes
specialized real estate marketing and real estate management experience. As the
Marketing Director of David N. Schultz, Inc., she handled the full range of the
company's marketing and business development activities. While a Property
Supervisor for the company, Bertolet coordinated and directed the full range of
management tasks for an extensive apartment building portfolio consisting of 41
properties.
Bertolet's
extensive educational background includes advanced studies in the areas of real
estate finance, appraisal, taxation, real estate law, project design and
feasibility analysis, development entitlement and permit processing, cash flow
analysis, and marketing. She received a Master of Business Administration/Real
Estate Concentration, and a Master of Real Estate Development from the
University of Southern California, Los Angeles, California, where she was
granted a Fellowship in the Entrepreneur Program. She also holds a Bachelor of
Arts Degree in History from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Actively involved in various community and real estate industry organizations, Bertolet contributes her time through membership in the Glendale Board of Realtors, the Realty Investment Association of California, and the Graduate Real Estate Association of the University of Southern California. She is on the Junior Committee of the Jonathan Club, Los Angeles, and is the Junior Committee Co. Chair of the Los Angeles Master Chorale.
