Marvin Meadows has been working with David N. Schultz, Inc. since 1981, and is a very valuable and key member of our team.  As Vice President, Marvin supervises the property management department, which includes three supervisors and four assistants.  He also oversees a portfolio of properties himself.  In addition, Marvin is responsible for overseeing major renovations, restorations and repairs at the properties.  He is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergencies.

Marvin began working with David N. Schultz, Inc. as a resident manager for both on-site and off-site properties in 1981.  In 1995, he joined the corporate office as Director of Property Maintenance.  Then, in 2000, Marvin became a property supervisor, overseeing 40-60 properties, including a 209-unit building.  In 2003, Marvin was promoted to vice president, supervising the entire property management department.

With more than 23 years of experience in various phases of property management, Marvin has encountered nearly every situation with a property that you can imagine, including problems with its physical condition, tenants, resident managers or vendors.  He knows how to handle these problems in an effective and efficient manner, and legally.  In fact, Marvin is so experienced and so knowledgeable about the laws concerning property management, he has been an expert witness in the courtroom for mold cases and other issues.

Marvin is an Accredited Resident Manager®, and has completed the requirements to become a Certified Property Manager®.
